In her role, Teresa focuses on driving new and existing business growth, strengthening client retention, expanding solutions-based offerings, and leading strategic marketing initiatives that support long-term success for both clients and the organization.

With four years of experience at Air Force One and more than 30 years in sales and operations leadership roles, Teresa brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering results. Her extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of business development, customer engagement, and operational strategy, allowing her to identify opportunities that create value for clients while supporting company growth.

Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and is recognized for her visionary leadership style, collaborative approach, results-oriented mindset, and compassion for both clients and team members.
