Rick Schmeltzer is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Air Force One, bringing over three decades of expertise in the HVAC industry to his leadership role. Since joining Air Force One in 2017 as Vice President of Construction Operations, Rick has led key initiatives that strengthened operational performance and supported the company’s strategic growth. Promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2020 and now serving as President and COO, he oversees all operational functions while helping guide the overall vision and direction of the organization.
