provider of mechanical services. From its inception, Air Force One has
sought to be a single point of responsibility for a building owner's
mechanical engineering and contracting needs. By bringing all aspects
of
mechanical system design, installation, service and maintenance inside
one company we can provide significant value to our clients. Air Force

Air Force One currently has offices in Columbus
area (Dublin), Cleveland area (Valley View), Cincinnati area (Middletown),
Toledo area (Perrysburg), and Indianapolis, IN. Satellite operations
exist in Michigan and Fort Wayne, IN. Our service and construction crews
are strategically located to support our clients throughout Ohio, Indiana,
Kentucky, Michigan and West Virginia. Through our National Accounts Division
we service clients throughout the country. Air Force One's Mechanical
Engineering group travels nationwide performing
facility evaluations and developing cost-effective mechanical solutions
for commercial and industrial clientele.

Service Sales Consultant-Valley View, Ohio
Position Description: Growth in our North American Client Services Division, based out of Cleveland, OH, has created an opportunity for a career-oriented and energetic individual to join our team as a service sales consultant. This consultative sales position will develop relationships with clients throughout North America by finding solutions to their HVAC asset management needs and by positively impacting their bottom line. This entails cold calling, networking, prospecting, creating proposals and marketing documents, and presenting our portfolio of services to potential clients. The position will support the NAS team in sales, operations, marketing, and tradeshow activities.
Position Responsibilities: Obtain working knowledge of HVAC systems. Obtain working knowledge of AFO operations, portfolio of services, policies & procedures, and effectively implement and execute them. Identify and qualify new business opportunities throughout North America by building client relationships. Marketing of AFO throughout North America. Make sales presentations to propose solutions. Participation in national trade organizations, trade shows, and networking groups. Appointment setting for sales team. Attend and participate in weekly par meetings. Assist Sales in creating proposals, estimating when needed. Record activities in Outlook and CRM software. Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and semiannual customer satisfaction rating.
Position Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good planning and organization skills. Creativity and critical thinking ability to analyze problems and provide solutions. Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
Experience: Less than 3 years sales (Inside/Outside) experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Customer Service / Project Administrator- Valley View, Ohio
Position Description: Account management for North American Services Clients: Receive request for services, dispatch techs/partners, scheduling PM/repairs, prepare repair proposals and other various aspects of communication for clients.
Position Responsibilities: Accepting clients repair orders via phone, internet or other e-portal. Entering and maintaining new customer records. Dispatching service technicians and tracking the status of service calls. Gather daily updates from subcontractors on all open service tickets. Update all assigned clients daily on open service tickets. Client care phone surveys. Entering payroll. Prepare weekly and monthly client reports as determined by the client . Responsible for correspondence related to corporate sales and operations. Enter service contract information, enter and tag equipment, activate, set up PM schedule for contracts awarded to those offices. Tracking parts on order for service/construction projects. A/R Collection calls for the division as assigned by client.
Position Requirements: Accounting, job cost, and office management expertise required. Writing Subcontracts. Understanding Notices of Commencements/ Furnishings. Experience in Facilities Management is preferred. Be able to analyze reports and advise management. Proactive, Organized, energetic & professional. Strong Computer Skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or greater. Expert customer service, verbal and written communication skills
HVAC/R Technician - Available in the following locations:

Position Description: Performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration systems.
Position Responsibilities: Able to troubleshoot and replace parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under limited supervision. Ability to troubleshoot and repair RTU’S and split systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair hot water hydronic systems. Ability to trouble shoot and repair refrigeration units of all types.
Position Requirements: High school diploma or its equivalent. Apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Minimum 5 years experience in the HVAC Industry. Completion of credited HVAC school with an associate Degree. Refrigeration handling certification type I & II. Controls experience is a plus.
Sales Associate- Available in the following locations:

Position Description: Your primary responsibility will be to generate interest and convert clients to doing business with Air Force One. This entails cold calling, networking, prospecting, creating proposals and marketing documents for the corporation, professionally presenting our portfolio of services and SELLING our services to new customers.
Position Responsibilities: Obtain working knowledge of heating and cooling systems (if not already familiar). Obtain working knowledge of Air Force One operations, portfolio of services, policies and procedures. Implementation and execution of those as necessary. Identify and qualify new business opportunities. Survey HVAC systems and propose maintenance or other solutions. Hit sales activity requirements and sell our services (hit sales targets). Develop long-term customer relationships.
Position Requirements: 4 year college education with a 3.2 GPA or better. Student athlete or other extra curricular activities (sorority / fraternity / student government / etc…) while in college. 2+ years sales experience in workplace after college, preferably in outside sales. Interpersonal people skills, i.e. extravert, strong relationship and trust building skills, communicates effectively, writes effectively, attentive to details. Strong planning and organizational skills. Computer and software literate (Word, Excel, Salesforece.com, Sugar CRM)
Interview Process: Candidate will be interviewed a minimum of 3 times by 3 separate people. Candidate will shadow an existing sales rep for 1 day to determine critical thinking skills, creativity, poise in front of clients, opportunity analysis, etc… Drug test and criminal background check.
